Yes. Once the questionnaire is complete we'll give you some documents to be signed. These documents are for each director, secretary and shareholder of the company. You'll need to print these documents off and have them signed by the appropriate people. You do not need to post or lodge these documents anywhere. They are for you to keep with the records of the company.

Yes, up until the company is registered (at that time you'll need to go direct to ASIC and make the changes). During the process with us you are given the opportunity to review and confirm your information before submitting your company for lodgment.

It will take approximately 10-20 minutes to complete our questionnaire (depending on the information you supply us). It will then take roughly 10 minutes for us lodge the company for incorporation. This can take longer if there are any problems or discripencies with the information.

This can happen from time to time and it's usually because your preferred name might not be available, or a postcode doesn't match with an address. Our error report will explain what the problem is so that you can go back through and amend your information. Then you simply resubmit your company for processing (there's no charge extra charges).
