How do I get started with Compleo?

Start by trying our interactive demo to see how Compleo handles real RTO emails. When you're ready to move forward, book a demo call with our team. We'll walk you through the platform, answer your questions, and help you get set up with guided onboarding.

Why is there no self-serve signup?

Compleo integrates with your email inbox and handles sensitive student data. We want to make sure your account is set up correctly from day one — inbox connected properly, triage rules configured for your workflow, and your team trained to get the most out of the platform. Guided onboarding ensures you succeed.

Can I change plans later?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features and limits. When downgrading, changes take effect at your next billing cycle.

What happens if I exceed my email or certificate limits?

We'll send you a notification when you reach 80% of your limit. If you hit your limit, you'll see a prompt to upgrade your plan. You won't lose access to existing data, but new processing will be paused until the next billing cycle or you upgrade.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes! Pay annually and save 15%. Ask about annual billing during your demo call or contact us at hello@compleo.com.au.

How does email connection work?

During onboarding, we'll help you connect your inbox via OAuth (Gmail, Outlook). You can also paste emails manually if preferred. We never send emails on your behalf — we only read and analyse. You stay in full control.

Is my data secure?

Your RTO data is protected with industry-standard security practices. We comply with Australian privacy laws and are designed to support GDPR compliance for international students.

Which plan should I choose?

Most small RTOs (1-5 staff) choose Starter. Growing RTOs (5-20 staff) choose Pro for AI replies and higher volume. Large RTOs (20+ staff) or multi-campus operations choose Enterprise. Not sure? Book a demo and we'll help you decide.

What if I choose the wrong plan?

You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features and limits. Contact us if you need to discuss plan changes.

What about future features?

We're building more tools (AVETMISS validation, assessment marking, audit prep) based on feedback from RTOs like yours. When these launch, they'll be added to existing plans at no extra cost — or offered as optional add-ons. Early customers get priority access.

What's included in the Compliance Register?

The Compliance Register helps you track compliance events, complaints, and outcomes in one place. All plans include basic event tracking. Pro plans add SLA tracking, audit trails, root cause analysis, and escalation management — essential for meeting ASQA requirements. Enterprise plans include custom workflows and dedicated audit preparation tools.

How does complaint management work?

When you receive a complaint via email, Compleo can automatically flag it and create a compliance event. You can track the complainant details, classify by category, set due dates, assign investigators, and document outcomes — all with a full audit trail. Pro plans include SLA tracking to ensure you meet the 60-day resolution requirement.
